The greatest problem concerning e-mail is SPAMMING.
The fact that many people are sending unsolicited e-mails, made
ISPs and e-mail programs to develop filters in order to avoid
these messages.
However, these filters some times are being triggered even if
the message is ethical and has been sent by people who have asked
for confirmation before they send it.
Words or phrases like FREE, SPAM, credit card, etc. because
they are being used a lot in unsolicited (spam) e-mails, can make
an ethical e-mail to be stopped from being delivered and the one
who send it to be accused as spammer. And this means troubles with
your ISP and credibility problems.
EMailer2001 was not designed with
spam in mind. While it allows you to send identical messages to
thousands of recipients (skipping the merge feature), it does not
include features designed to trick ISPs with random numbers in the
subject, to, and from fields, such as employed by deceptive spam
mailers. This is the reason we haven't build an e-mail spider, and
we won't develop something like this in the future.
With the creation of EMailer2001 we
wanted to provide a tool that can help all the ethical home and
small business owners to contact with their leads, fast, easily
and efficiently.
For this reason we have added the SpamChecker feature
in our program, so they can be helped to avoid words or phrases
that can trigger spam-filters and this will give them the
opportunity to reach all of their contacts.
In order to show you the efficiense of this tool, we have
developed a form that you can use to get immediate results about
your message, your ad or your signature. Just enter the e-mail
where we will send you the spam-report and the message you want to
be checked and press the Check Now button. In a few seconds
your e-mail will have this spam-report.
Bear in mind that your e-mail will not be kept to our records,
therefore we aren't going to use it for any other reason than
to send you this spam-report.
