Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (e.g. name and email address). This is used to send out the link to the 30-day free trial of eMailer2001 and a newsletter about product's features, new releases and e-mail marketing news.

Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by following the unsubscription instructions they receive in this newsletter.

Financial information such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for the product they are purchasing. This will never be given to any third party (other than the credit card authorization depot) and is immediately deleted from our system once the order has been processed.
